Is a day on Venus longer than its year?
A day on Venus is longer than its year. Venus takes 243 Earth days to rotate once but only 225 to orbit the Sun.
Source: NASA Venus fact sheet.
Context
Yes. Venus takes 243 Earth days to turn once on its axis but only 225 Earth days to go around the Sun. The spin is also backwards compared with most planets, so the Sun rises in the west.
A planet's solar day, sunrise to sunrise, depends on both numbers together, and on Venus it works out shorter than the rotation period. Either way, you would celebrate a birthday before the planet finished a single turn.
